Do my clients need to download an app?
No. Clients get regular text messages on their phone and can reply like any other text. Replies show up in your Aradiq inbox.
How is Aradiq different from all-in-one marketing platforms?
Aradiq is a simple alternative to GoHighLevel and other all-in-one tools. Instead of hundreds of features to configure, it does a few things very well: rebook reminders, Google review requests and a two-way SMS inbox. You can be set up in minutes, and it costs much less.
What happens after the 14-day free trial?
A card is required to start the trial, but you aren't charged until the 14 days are over. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. After that, the subscription renews monthly and you can cancel any time from the Billing page.
Is texting my clients legal?
Aradiq is built for messages to your own clients, who gave you their number and have an existing relationship with your business. Every text includes your business name and "Reply STOP to opt out", opt-outs are honoured automatically and permanently, and HELP replies are answered. You are responsible for having consent under Canada's anti-spam law (CASL) and other laws that apply to you. See our SMS terms.
Do you only ask happy clients for reviews?
No. Every client is asked the same way, which follows Google's review policy. Asking consistently, right after a visit, is what gets more reviews.
What if I use up my 500 texts?
Sending pauses until your next billing month, and scheduled reminders wait instead of being lost. You can add a +500 SMS pack at any time to keep sending right away.
Can I bring my existing client list?
Yes. Import a CSV with name, phone, email, last visit date and tags, or add clients one by one. Duplicates are skipped automatically.
Are taxes included in the price?
Prices don't include sales tax. For Canadian businesses, GST/HST is added at checkout based on your billing address. Prices outside Canada are in US dollars.
