Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains how AFSHAHIN Corporation ("Aradiq", "we", "us"), of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you use the Aradiq website (aradiq.com) and the Aradiq application (app.aradiq.com). We follow the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and its fair information principles.

1. Who this applies to

For client information, the business customer decides what to collect and why, and is responsible for having the client's consent. We process that information on the business's behalf and only to provide the service.

2. Information we collect

The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The application stores a sign-in token in your browser so you stay logged in.

3. Why we use it

We do not sell personal information, and we never use client phone numbers or messages for our own marketing.

4. Service providers (processors)

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run Aradiq, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only for the services they provide to us:

Some of these providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law. We may also disclose information if required by law.

5. Retention

6. Safeguards

We protect personal information with measures appropriate to its sensitivity, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access limited to people who need it, and separation of each business's data so one business can never see another's clients.

7. Your rights: access, correction and deletion

We respond to access and correction requests within 30 days. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions; withdrawing may mean we can no longer provide the service.

8. Contact and complaints

Questions, requests or complaints about privacy: support@aradiq.com, AFSHAHIN Corporation, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date, and notify business customers by email of significant changes.
